The cream seemed to help quite a bit with all the symptoms except for the swelling. If swelling is your main issue I would probably say this isn't going to be the solution for you. If your issue is anything else then I would say to try this cream as you will probably be very happy. It has a light scent but nothing super overwhelming or anything that you can still smell once your clothes are on. The cream is easy to spread and it doesn't take long to start working. Overall decent cream.
I liked this because it actually worked, and very quickly too. I had previously only used the market saturated product, and I would compare this product favorably to that one.
